At Baronial Acres Apiary, our honey is never flash-heated, ultra-filtered, or pasteurized. We coarsely strain our honey straight from the comb to ensure all naturally occurring pollen grains, propolis, and active beneficial enzymes remain intact.
Every byproduct of the hive is honored in traditional monastic fashion. Clean capping wax is melted over low heat and hand-dipped into clean-burning tapers and molded pillar candles, or blended into protective leather and wood conditioners. Meanwhile, raw propolis is harvested directly from our Carniolan hives to craft potent botanical tinctures for cold-season vitality.
I. Raw Honeys & Virgin Comb
Raw Spring Wildflower Honey
Light, golden wildflower honey harvested from early blackberry, white clover, orchard fruit blossoms, and meadow flora. Smooth, delicate sweetness that remains liquid and slow to crystallize.
Raw Dark Forest & Knotweed Honey
Dark, viscous honey harvested in late autumn. Deeply rich in trace minerals with bold notes of caramel, molasses, and toasted malt derived from late forest blooms and knotweed forage.
Raw Cut Comb Honey Jars
Pure virgin honeycomb cut straight from our wooden frames and submerged in raw wildflower honey. Enjoy chewable honey-filled comb spread over warm hearth sourdough or paired with aged cheeses.
Crystallized Creamed Honey
Naturally spun, slow-crystallized raw honey with a velvety, spreadable texture. Crafted without heat or artificial additives—perfect for spreading on pioneer biscuits and breakfast hearth loaves.

Clean-burning tapers hand-dipped 20+ times in pure, unbleached golden beeswax. Burns bright with a natural honey aroma, minimal smoke, and a steady, warm flame.

Solid 100% beeswax pillar and votive candles poured into classic geometric molds. Long-burning and naturally air-purifying for evening hearths and winter gatherings.
Raw Propolis Botanical Tincture
High-potency raw propolis extracted directly from hive scrapings and steeped in organic grain spirits. Rich in bioflavonoids for traditional cold-season immune and throat support.
Pure Beeswax Leather & Wood Salve
Traditional water-resistant balm hand-blended with pure beeswax, raw tallow, and botanical oils. Restores, waterproofs, and protects leather tack, boots, and wooden kitchen cutting boards.
