We propagate exclusively Carniolan (Apis mellifera carnica) genetics—a dark, cold-hardy bee strain renowned for gentle dispositions, frugal winter honey consumption, rapid spring buildup, and exceptional forage capacity in rainy Pacific Northwest springs.

Our hives are managed without synthetic pesticides, antibiotics, or harsh chemical treatments. We harvest raw, unheated honey strained only through coarse cloth to preserve natural pollens, active enzymes, and complex floral aromatics. Every comb, drop of wax, and barrel of honey is processed directly on our homestead estate under the Oregon Farm Direct Marketing framework.
